Terms and Conditions

1. Entry is open to all residents in Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of Wings and Tins, Audiofunk, its related companies, performing bands (Piperlain, Astral Dominion, Tanil Cagdas, Tank), associated agencies, and their immediate family are ineligible to enter.

2. The promotion commences on September 9th, 2026 and closes on September 25th, 2026.

3. To enter, entrants are to share the competition post to their social channel (the competition post can be found at @audiofunkmusic on Instagram and https://www.facebook.com/AudiofunkMusic/ on Facebook) and comment on the post in 25 words or less why they need a night out with their buddies. Entrants must be the owner of their social channel with permission to post and comment, or be acting on behalf of the owner of that channel with permission.

4. There is a limit of one entry per person. All entries remain the property of the promoter.

5. The promoter is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries.

6. Valid entries are those that share the competition post on their social channel, leave a comment, and are judged to be the most creative. Invalid entries are ineligible to win any prize. Illegible entries are invalid. The judges’ decision is final. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that they can be messaged and contacted on their social channel to be notified if they are the winner.

8. Offensive or abusive language is not permitted in the comments and such entries will become invalid with the users removed or blocked from further comments or participation in the competition.

9. The prize will be awarded by a judging panel and the prize pool consists of a total of 1 prize. The judging will take place on 27th of September, commencing at 11:00am (AEST). The entry judged most creative will win a $100 bar tab to be used at Wings and Tins Dee Why and is to be redeemed on site on October the 3rd 2026, 8pm. If the prize is not collected or redeemed on October 3rd the prize will be declared forfeited. The total prize value is AUD$100.00. The judges decision is final.

10. In the event that the winner is unable to be notified, a runner up will be announced and awarded the prize.

11. The winner will be notified via their social channel and published on the competition website http://www.audiofunk.productions by Monday the 28th of September 2026 as well as posted on the Audiofunk Instagram and Facebook channels.

12. Competition entrant details will be used for the purposes of conducting the competition. We will not disclose your personal information to any third party unless compelled or permitted by law to do so. 13. Audiofunk Productions will take no responsibility for faulty supply or performance of third party components relating to the prize.

14. To the extent permitted by law, Audiofunk Production’s liability in relation to this promotion and/or any of the prizes is limited to the cost of replacement of the prize.
